The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) is one of the most prestigious engineering institutes of Pakistan. At present, GIKI has more than 20 student societies. Admission Test for Management Sciences Program
The admission to the Bachelor Programs of the Institute is decided on the basis of candidate’s earlier educational achievements and his score in the admission test, which comprises multiple choice questions based on Pakistani intermediate level Physics and Mathematics. There are no special quotas, reserved seats or admission by donations. Nor is there any arbitrary age limit for the applicants. In fact, the Institute is open to all persons of either sex and of any religion, color, creed, class or domicile who are academically qualified for admission to the courses of study offered by the Institute, and no such person shall be denied the privileges of the Institute on the grounds only of sex, religion, color, creed, race, class or domicile.”

The GIKI Common Admissions Test (GCAT) will be taken for admission in BS Management Sciences at test centers. The GCAT will measure reading, writing, and mathematical skills with the objective to assess a candidate’s suitability for undergraduate study. Questions are designed to explore knowledge and skills acquired over a period of time, in order to compare candidates from different academic backgrounds.
The Institute encourages female students to join the engineering profession. Because of revolutionary developments in the technological field, it is no more considered as an exclusively male domain, and offers a host of highly rewarding careers, which suit the special endowments of women. The Institute has taken measures to provide a very supportive milieu for the female students. It has a girls’ hostel, having a capacity for 120 students, with all modern amenities, a gym and a lady counselor to facilitate the stay of female students on the campus.
The Careers Office is run under the supervision of Pro-Rector (Academics), Prof. Dr. Javed Ahmad Chattha. Coordinators Open House & Careers Fair are Officers Incharges of this office and they are responsible for remaining in contact with national / multinational companies through out the year for seeking job opportunities, internship and sponsorship of the events if possible.

Duration of Preparation
Based on the individual needs the duration of class is flexible from 10 days to 30 days. The number of class hours per days are changed on the basis of duration of the class.GIKI entry test for admission in BCS ,and HIGHER classes requires subject tests (GIKI).
Almost 80% of students who get admission in our prep class get success in having admission in BCS and HIGHER classes.
